Those of us who’ve lost our weight loss motivation know very well how hard it is to continue.

There are so many of us who’ve wasted large amounts of money & time trying to get our weight loss motivation back. We’ve littered our past with feeble attempts to shed excess weight chasing our desired body.

I THINK YOU KNOW WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT…

- the old scales gathering dust on your kitchen shelf

- those great measuring cups so you can measure out the exact amount of food

- dieter’s recipe books & a collection of the weekly weight loss recipes ripped from a magazine & shoved somewhere

- special bands, so old they don’t work

- that fabulous exercise machine you had to have which is now a great place to hang the ironing

The best way to lose weight is through weight loss motivation and it’s awkward looking at all of these points because it reminds one of failure, of hollow weight loss plans & self promises and way too much money wasted with nothing to show for it.

How many of us punish ourselves when we’re unable to carry on, to give up on trying to lose weight?

STOP BEING SO HARD ON YOURSELF… THINK ABOUT THIS INSTEAD.

It wasn’t your time to commit to change.

You weren’t ready to do it & it’s OK to forgive yourself. Trying to achieving anything when you’re not totally committed is really setting yourself up to fail.

SO HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I’M READY?

Are you ready to change your life story, how you’ve always felt about you… then and only then are you really getting motivated to lose weight.

CAN YOU CHANGE & RE-WRITE YOU LIFE STORY?

No the excuses, drop the “shoulds” move past the “if only’s” to this one question:

AM I WILLING OR AM I NOT?

There are many ingredients in the achievement mix but only one that simply cannot be left out… AM I WILLING?

Somehow we find a way to do it if we have the motivation. Your weight loss motivation will return

At times, the odds will be well & truly stacked against you, but with your will, you’ll just get done.

When you’re heart & soul is in it, magic happens and problems can be transformed into opportunities. When you’re really willing, the set-backs have a way of increasing your determination to succeed.

When you’re willing – give it everything you’ve got. However… if you’re not there yet, all is not lost . For those folks who are reading this, that know in their heart that they’re unwilling, consider it a gift.

To be aware of that fact is good news, it means there’s hope.

The first step to get back your weight loss motivation is acknowledgement… without it, nothing changes.

No one will seek help if nothing is wrong. If you have the courage to honest with yourself & admit your resistance, then you are more likely to have the courage to seek assistance.

There are gifted people to support you through this journey.
